Great service staff. Best BBQ in Lubbock. Location is not ideal. I will still drive the 10 miles for a pick up order .

Real fresh spongy buns in our chopped/sliced, pork, and chicken sandwiches. Great BBQ flavor. The regular sauce has a good kick, did not try anything hotter. The chicken was extremely dry, but had no other choice of white meat as they had naturally ran out of turkey the day after Thanksgiving. Both chopped briskets had a good amount of fat in them, but I've seen worse. The portions were large to me, and the price is around the same as any other BBQ place of the same level. Did not try any sides, but the sandwiches came each with a small bag of chips. Service was quick and attentive and best of all: they allowed my small dog inside no problems . The place is spacious and apparently has an extended porch in the back but it wasn't opened when we were there.

Honestly, the most consistently good bbq we've had in Lubbock. Their brisket is good, sausage is good, and their turkey is phenomenal! Sauce is not overly sweet and compliments the smoked meat very well. Service is also outstanding. We usually order to go for family gatherings, and the food is always fresh and ready to go when arrive to pick it up. Our "go-to" for bbq!

The barbecue was delicious. The beef ribs were cooked just right falling off the bone. The brisket was super soft and just melted in your mouth.The staff was awesome and very attentive. Was able to watch the football game while we enjoyed our awesome meal.

The BBQ brisket sliced or chopped and the pulled pork was delicious! My family still talking about it! My fiancé liked the loaded potato salad. The beans were okay. We got take out. The order was correct and ready on time. The staff was very friendly. It was simple and clean inside when we picked up the food. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy but it was worth it!

The best BBQ ever! Love the extreme sauce. The MAC n cheese was delicious. So good.

Really good barbeque! For my family's 4th of July meal today, we ordered pork ribs dinners with loaded potato salad, mac & cheese, and collard greens for side dishes plus 1/2 lb of brisket. While the ribs, brisket and greens were super yummy, the other sides were not. The potato salad was just mushed up potatoes with a bland dressing, no bacon, onions or cheese which usually makes potatoes loaded. The mac & cheese was mushy and gross. 4 stars for the protein, minus 1 star for the disappointing sides.

Super great service and the food was even better. They treated us like they opened just for us that day. Very kind and friendly staff. Meats were top tier. Loved them all. We had moist brisket, pulled pork, and spicy jalepeno sausage. Everything delivered on flavor. Great bark on brisket and pulled pork. Snappy sausage.

Absolutely fantastic Pork Ribs AND excellent customer service @ the Shack BBQ! They made it so easy to stay on our Carnivore diet here! Highly recommend!! We'll definitely be back!
